Perinatal mental health refers to the emotional and psychological well-being of individuals during pregnancy and the first few years after childbirth. This period includes antenatal (before birth) and postnatal (after birth) phases and is crucial for both the parent and the child's development.
We offer a range of services, including counselling, psychological therapies, home visiting services, and support for conditions such as antenatal and postnatal depression, anxiety, birth trauma, and adjustment to parenting.
Our services are designed for expecting and new parents of all genders, including those experiencing perinatal mental health issues, parents adjusting to the demands of a new baby, and anyone needing support during the transition to parenthood.
