As a mother of four, my personal experience has deeply informed and enriched my professional practice. My own transition into parenthood has been one of profound self-discovery, allowing me to appreciate both the complexities and the deep joys that accompany this stage of life. These lived experiences have shaped my clinical lens in significant ways, enabling me to meet clients with a depth of authenticity, empathy, and understanding.
Originally from Sydney, my family and I relocated to Brisbane at the beginning of 2024, following five years in Auckland, New Zealand. I hold a Master of Clinical Psychology from Macquarie University in Sydney and have over a decade of experience working in diverse clinical settings across both Australia and New Zealand.
In my work, I am recognised for my warm, supportive, and empowering therapeutic presence. My clinical approach is collaborative and holistic, grounded in the belief that effective therapy honours the uniqueness of each individual.
I am committed to delivering evidence-based psychological support to individuals across various stages of life. I am known for supporting clients who have found previous therapy experiences unfulfilling—whether due to difficulty forming a connection, limited progress, or feeling misunderstood. If you're seeking a therapeutic relationship grounded in authenticity, deep exploration, and a personalised approach, I would be honoured to work with you.
My practice is neuroaffirming, LGBTQ+ inclusive, and culturally sensitive. I aim to walk alongside each client as they navigate challenges, seek growth, and reconnect with their sense of self.
If you're ready to begin or continue your therapeutic journey in a space that values safety, compassion, and genuine connection, I warmly invite you to get in touch..
